Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including logistics, transportation, customer service, and administration.
  • Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Prepare periodic reports on branch performance, operational issues, and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans for business development in the region.
  • Resolve client escalations and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing branch operations or leading a team in a logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Familiarity with Bangalore and surrounding regional logistics network is a plus.
