Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including logistics, transportation, customer service, and administration.
- Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Prepare periodic reports on branch performance, operational issues, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans for business development in the region.
- Resolve client escalations and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing branch operations or leading a team in a logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with Bangalore and surrounding regional logistics network is a plus.
